Its been awhile. A lot has changed.
I know deep down, I’ll always be me, somewhere. But, I feel so different…
I used to be that girl with the bad attitude who always did well in school, and was straight edge. Always seeming a little bad ass but never really doing anything.
Now, I’m that girl, who doesn’t mind giving up just about everything.
I have no problem drinking on a school night if it means passing...

I love having someone who cares enough to be pissed at me if I do something really stupid.
It makes up for having someone who gets pissed at me for existing and doesn’t give a fuck about me.
One more year and I am so out of here. I cannot wait to be truly happy- no more fake smiles!

So, I’ve been really depressed lately, and feeling like most people just don’t care.
Then the other day, this girl I’ve never spoken to and didn’t even know the name of, who has been in my class all year, hugged me and told me to smile. Made me think about all those honestly wonderful kind people who are out there and almost never noticed or appreciated.
